HYATT REGENCY LAKE LAS VEGAS
Located 15 miles away from the happening hub of the Las Vegas strip, the
Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas is a favorite with guests for its luxurious
resort ambience combined with casino excitement. Standing on the Lake
Las Vegas shore sands, the Hyatt Regency is just two miles from the
recreational area of Lake Mead. This splendid resort is a golfer's
dream, with two championship courses lying adjacent to it. The Mccaran
airport is simply a 14-mile drive away.
The architecture is heavily influenced by mediterranean styles,
complemented by the drama of desert landscapes. The casino has a
spacious 10,000 square foot gaming room in European style. There are 6
gaming tables and 170 video poker and slots machines. Large picture
windows open on to Lake Las Vegas - and you can see guests fly-fishing,
propelling paddle boats or kayaking. Moulay, the onsite spa, features a
sauna and nine treatment rooms. There is also a fitness center, fully
equipped to cater to fitness enthusiasts.
Youth activities are on offer at Camp Hyatt mud castle, where there is a
waterslide and two outdoor pools. The terraces are shaded with palms
that have spa tubs set amidst them so guests can soak and relax. Japengo
provides sumptuous dinners, a cuisine inspired by the Pacific-rim, an
impressive wine list and a full sushi bar. Enjoy new American and
Moroccan dishes at Cafe Tajine which remains open for breakfast, lunch
and dinner. An informal poolside atmosphere is the main attraction at
the seasonal Sansabar and grill, while Marrakesh express, open round the
clock, serves snacks, light sandwiches and gourmet coffees. The
Arabesque and aesthetic lounge offers appetizers and cocktails. Guests
can keep connected with wireless internet access available in public
areas.
The 493 guestrooms with a mediterranean decor, particularly the moroccan
handpainted armoires and headboards, make the resort stand apart from
the rest. Room facilities include mini refrigerators and coffeemakers.
Arched windows lure you to gaze at majestic mountains lulled by the
light breezes blowing in from the lake. |
