RIO ALL-SUITE HOTEL AND CASINO

The Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino is located four and a half miles from Mccarran international airport and one mile to the east of the Las Vegas strip. The hotel hosts the re-enactment of the Rio de Janeiro carnival extravaganza seven times each day.

What makes Rio famous is its aerial show passing through masquerade village. Performers dancing to Latin music on Elaborate floats toss bead necklaces at the crowd surrounding them. The ritual reminisces the similar infamous Brazilian tradition. The Samba theater presents Penn & Teller with their quirky, intelligent humor, this act being followed up by showgirls. Club Rio regularly presents performances by the Chippendale dancers. Nightly amusement is provided by the off-broadway hit Tony 'n Tina's Wedding.

Renovated at an expense of two million dollars, the famous Voodoo cafe and lounge offers marvellous diversions to guests in the form of mystical sights and spellbinding views from two outdoor patios that hang over the strip. Another show that attracts attention from all over the world is Erocktica - an exotic dance and rock and roll revue.

Other facilities offered by the hotel include a fitness center, a health and beauty spa, five spa tubs, saunas, rejuvenating facial/body treatments, massages and hydrotherapy. The hotels vast pool complex is open seasonally. It features four pools including a lagoon-style pool, and a shallow kids' pool with tumbling waterfalls and sandy beach. Rental cabanas, fully equipped, are also available.

The 20,000 square feet casino is as much of a crowd-puller as the full-service business center having high-speed internet access. The hotel has 15 restaurants - running the entire gamut of tastes from lip-smacking "grab 'n go" items to classy delicacies.

The 2,540 suites in the hotel all have floor-to-ceining glass windows and offer breathtaking views. These suites also have minibars, refrigerators, internet access and multi-line telephones.

To sum up, the Rio hotel is luxury embodied, aimed at pleasing business visitors as well as leisure guests and families.
